"Night of the Nebulae"

The NAN (North America Nebula) can be quite an elusive target in scopes and practically invisible unless one enjoys pristine dark skies. But there is hope for the suburban observer equipped with the right combination of filters. In this case Dave Sellars employed a number of them to capture detail in the NAN while also catching parts of the Veil Nebula. Turning his scope to M33, he found filters even helped the appearance of the Triangulum galaxy. Congrats on a great night out Dave and a VROD as nominated by many of your peers.
