"Nova East Star Party"

Today we feature a report that kind of is a special treat, in this case an AP'er doing visual observing for the first time in awhile courtesy of KathyNS (Kathy). While attending the Nova East Star Party in Nova Scotia, an event which had not been held since 2019 due to Covid, Kathy used a C90 scope and 20x80 binoculars on a parallelogram mount to observe DSO's including M13,M101, M 51, M81 and M82. She also caught the Double Cluster and the planets Jupiter and Saturn - also, M31 and M33. The event itself sounds like it was a lot of fun. Congratulations Kathy on a well-deserved VROD award!
