"A Date with Venus"

Today's featured report comes courtesy of John Donne (Mark) who enjoyed a date with Venus, getting some time at the eyepiece with his 80mm scope observing the Sombrero Galaxy in Virgo (just across the border with Corvus). Following that he observed and photographed the real Venus in the heavens. All in all a nice session which was impeccably described. Congratulations Mark on earning today's VROD!
