"It's a cold one... where's that aurora?"

It's nice on occasion to recall that we don't need a telescope or binoculars to enjoy a session. That's because we each have two eyeballs. Follow along as Dave Sellars managed two sessions in the course of an evening and early morning, catching many showpieces and noteworthy stars. While looking for the aurora borealis, which was supposed to be visible at lower latitudes than normal due to an abundance of charged particles interacting with the upper atmosphere. Congratulations Dave on the fine naked eye report and on winning the TSS VROD for the day!
