"Morning session in Anza desert"

Today's featured report is from team member bigzmey (Andrey) who planned and executed an early morning session in the beautiful Anza desert which at this time of year is colored orange with blooming California poppies. Hitting the sleeping bag at 8pm he awoke at around 1:30 to the arc of the Milky Way. Pointing his 9.25" Edge in the direction of the constellations Virgo and Bootes he was able to observe a bushel of galaxies. Follow along virtually and enjoy the excellent descriptions of what he saw. Congratulations Andrey on winning the VROD of the day!
