"Long Weekend observing (Phil's supplementary report)"

Today's featured report dovetails with OzEclipse's (Joe) on a recent weekend set of evenings. Scribbly (Phil) and Joe were able to observe through three scopes, including Phil's 10" Newtonian.

Phil goes into a lot of detail on comet 144P Kushida including a rendering of the eyepiece view. As you can see in his report, it is a faintish object but not difficult for an experienced eye. Congratulations Phil on winning the VROD for today for your interesting and neat observation!
