"Helios seen through the mt 80 lunt"

Today's featured report comes from messier 111 (Jean-Yves). After traveling 400 km to pick up his scope, messier 111 trained it upon our solar neighbor. Noting the increased resolution of the aperture compared to a 60mm, he saw amazing prominences and loops emanating from the sun. The impressive display continued for some time. For his impressive solar session he earns the VROD for the day. Congratulations to Jean-Yves!
