2-7-2022 TSS Visual Report of the Day.

"A session with family"

Today's featured report is an outing with family written up by Shelby. Follow along as he describes the views of the moon, Orion Nebula, Double Cluster, a comet and more - all of which he shared with family, including views of Sirius and Betelgeuse. Many times folks are astounded by the colors of stars which are evident at the eyepiece. Under light polluted skies with the naked eye, the color of stars is a bit hard to discern, so non-observers sometimes think the stars are just white points of light. Congratulations Shelby on winning today's VROD!
