11-26-2022 TSS Visual Report of the Day.

"Observing Report for 21 November 2022 - swimminng with Cetus"

Following his great binocular session, KT4HX (Alan) moves the focus of his observation to the constellation Cetus the whale (or sea monster if you prefer) where he employed his 17.5" Dob to great effect. Dipping into the celestial waters of this constellation, which is rather faint except for the variable star Omicron Ceti, he managed a tremendous haul of galaxies before eventually turning in. With excellent descriptions this report can serve as a roadmap for others willing to go a bit off the beaten path into this trove of faint island universes. Congratulations Alan on winning the VROD of the day!
