12-10-2022 TSS Visual Report of the Day.

by helicon

"Comparing a 4" Frac with a 5" Newt on the Planets"

Today's highlighted report is courtesy of terrynak (Terry) who conducts a highly interesting comparison of the views of Jupiter and Saturn through different scopes. With the 4" significant details were seen on Saturn and especially Jupiter and Terry also managed to see Saturn's moon Rhea with averted vision. While the views through the Newtonian were not quite as crisp, Terry speculates as to why this might be. Thanks for the interesting and fun report Terry and congrats on winning the VROD for today!
