"The Astronomical Renunion"

Today's featured report is unique and remarkable. First of all three friends (Joe, Phil, and David) were able to get togther under mostly favorable skies after a long hiatus due to bad weather, pollen, and other factors. Enjoying two scopes but not Joe's big dob because it suffered a blown out tyre they were able to scan the heavens for a goodly number of DSO's in the southern hemisphere (Australia) including showpieces like 47 Tucanae, the Tarantula Nebula, and Eta Carinae. The reunion for the eve was thus a success. Congratulations to OzEclipse (Joe) and scribbly (Phil) for the wonnderful co-authored report and on winning today's VROD!
